Avila Naufal Ananda

Avila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from IPB University (2017), with a focus on Natural Resource and Environmental Economics and a minor in Ecotourism and Environmental Services Management.

With 8 years of experience in the biomass industry, Avila has developed expertise in business development, strategic planning, and market intelligence. He effectively leverages a vast global network of industry stakeholders, including investors, project developers, and offtakers.

Since joining the company in 2022, Avila has played a key role in expanding the company’s biomass product portfolio and market presence. His contributions include forging new business opportunities with both domestic and international power plants and industrial consumers, while strengthening the company’s strategic planning and business development capabilities.

In addition to his role at the company, Avila currently serves as the Head of Local Market Development at the Indonesian Biomass Energy Society, reflecting his dedication to advancing the growth and sustainability of the biomass industry in Indonesia.

Fery Irwansyah, S.T

General Manager

Born and raised in Pekanbaru, Riau, Fery Irwansyah has spent most of his professional career outside his hometown. After completing his Diploma in Electrical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Riau in 2002, he immediately started his career as an Instructor and Technician at Politeknik Caltex Riau.

In 2005, Fery passed the selection for a 3-year apprenticeship program in Japan, organized by the Ministry of Manpower in collaboration with the Japanese Government. After completing the program in 2008, he was recommended to join an Indonesia-Japan joint venture company in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Area. The company specializes in producing steel pipes for the Indonesian and Asian automotive markets.

Fery spent nearly 10 years working his way up from Junior Hancho in the production department to Supervisor of Quality. He also pursued his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at Mercu Buana University before deciding to resign and join another company to continue his professional career.

In 2019, Fery joined Prima Khatulistiwa Sinergi, where he has been instrumental in developing and expanding the company's business in renewable energy sources, such as palm shell, palm shell charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, briquettes, wood chips, wood pellets, and solar pv development.

DITA PRAMITA, S.Kep

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Dita Pramita was born and raised in Riau, a province known for its natural beauty and vibrant culture. Growing up, Dita always had a strong sense of determination. After completing her high school education, she pursued a degree in Nursing Science at Riau University, thanks to a government scholarship that recognized her academic potential.

After completing her studies, Dita began her career as a teacher in the Nursing Department at a vocational school. Her dedication and passion for education led to her becoming the Head of the Nursing Department in 2014. During her time as a leader, she made significant contributions to improving the department's curriculum and the overall quality of education, gaining the respect of both her colleagues and students.

In 2020, she joined PT. Prima Khatulistiwa Sinergi as part of the Finance team, where her skills in managing both finances and employees quickly became evident. Dita's ability to streamline financial processes while fostering a positive work environment made her an invaluable asset to the company.

Her hard work did not go unnoticed, and in 2022, she was promoted to Finance Manager. By 2025, her exceptional leadership and strategic vision led to her being appointed as the Finance Director, where she continues to lead the company's financial growth and operations with great success. Dita's journey from a student in Riau to a key leader in a growing company is a testament to her dedication, intelligence, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

DANI ANGGA R B. Eng, M. Eng

DIRECTOR OF OPERATION

Dani was Born in Bogor, Jawa Barat and continued his study to Japan in 2008 under Japanese MEXT (Monbukagakusho). Dani graduated his Bachelor Degree in Chiba University, Japan and continued his Master Degree at the same University with specialized in Civil and Environment Engineering. After graduated from the university, in year 2016 he joined Fuji Furukawa E&C a General Contractor firm in Yokohama, Japan. Dani assigned as a Project Supervisor for several EPC Project inside Japan.

In 2019, he Joined Alexander to found PT. Prima Khatulistiwa Sinergi as a Renewable Energy Provider company in Pekanbaru, Riau. Currently hi assigned as the COO & VICE PRESIDENT.

ALEXANDER B. Eng, M. Eng

CEO & President

Born and raised in Riau had driven Alexander to back to his land after spent almost 14 years in Japan. Alexander awarded a scholarship from the government of Riau in 2003 to continue his studies in Japan. After completed his Bachelor Degree in Ibaraki University and Master Degree in Nagoya University, Alexander had joined Seiko Epson Corporation Group in Japan from 2011 to 2015 as an Engineer. In 2015 he moved to an Engineering Consulting company in Yokohama as the Engineering Manager specialized in Pharmaceutical Industries. Before he back to Indonesia in 2018, Alexander assigned as Facility Management Supervisor in Jannsen Pharmaceutical a Pharmaceutical Company of Jhonson and Jhonson Group in Japan.

In 2019, supported by Japanese partner he founded PT. Prima Khatulistiwa Sinergi as a Renewable Energy Provider company in Pekanbaru, Riau. The company focusing on development of Solar PV business and export of Palm Kernel Shell (PKS) from Sumatra.
